I studied engineering in Switzerland and moved to China, where I learned about leading teams and dealing with high-volume mass production. Back home, I drove tech strategic innovation projects before transitioning into sales & marketing. I built new businesses, introduced new brands and piloted product marketing for a $1B business in a large global consumer electronics company.
I moved to Berlin tech startup's hub to drive global sales & marketing for an influential music-tech software company where my team and I created a new agile marketing organization, boosted digital & e-commerce and opened sales offices around the world.

While working in retail and e-commerce, in 2000, I realized the #FUTURE was not about choosing one economy over the other, but about blending the traditional and digital to create a #HYBRID model.
Working across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Brazil, for all kinds of organisations (start-ups, SMC, groups, family business, entrepreneur, NGO), and in various industries (high-tech, telecom, hospitality, luxury, healthcare, retail, music, eBusiness...) has shaped my multifaceted expertise.
I was one of the first CDO to have joined the Chief Digital Officer Club in 2013. Over 6 years I led Digital Transformations as a C-Level, member of Executive Committees in Retail, Luxury and Healthcare. I now aspire to share my knowledge as an advisor, a conference speaker and through publications.
I believe the future CEOs will be the ones who will embody their triple responsibility as an employee, a citizen, and an individual.

I have more than 30 years of experience helping technology companies successfully expand their global footprint. I have supported venture capital and private equity-backed firms as well as large corporates in providing strategic and operational guidance.
Over my career I have worked with American, British, Irish, German, Swiss, Israeli and Chinese headquartered technology firms to both define the go-to-market strategy and drive sales execution. I am bringing a balanced perspective gained from living and working in the US (East Coast and Silicon Valley), Europe (UK and Germany) and Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore).
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s degree from Stanford Business School.
I am currently dividing his time between the UK, the US and Singapore.
